Precautions for the use of seat belts
a. When using the safety belt, it should be checked whether the components of the seat belt are complete and whether there is damage, the various rings of metal accessories must not be welded parts, the edges are smooth, and there should be "safety certification" on the product.
b. When using the fence safety belt, there is a protective sleeve on the fence rope, and it is not allowed to drag the rope on the ground at will, so as not to damage the rope sleeve and affect the main rope.
c. The suspension safety belt shall not be used low and high, and should be used for low hanging and high in the impact force of the fall, and the harm to the human body is also great.
d. It is generally safer to use short rope for rack work single belt, if you need to use long rope, it is appropriate to choose a double strap type safety belt.
e. When using the safety rope, knots are not allowed, so as to avoid falling and being impacted, the rope is disconnected from the knot.
f. When using a long rope of more than 3 meters, supplementary measures should be considered, such as adding buffers, self-locking hooks or speed differential automatic controllers to the rope. Shock absorbers, self-locking hooks and differential autocontrollers can be used individually or in combination.
g. After 2 years of use of the seat belt, an experiment should be done, and if it is not broken, it can continue to be used. The service life of seat belts is 3~5 years, and abnormalities should be scrapped in advance.
