1. Polyester fiber
Polyester fiber is a kind of polyester fiber, which is prepared by melt spinning. It has the following characteristics:
1. Hygroscopicity: under standard atmospheric pressure, the moisture regain rate is about 0.4%, and the hygroscopicity is poor;
2. Dyeability: polyester has a tight intermolecular structure, dye molecules are difficult to enter the fiber, and the dyeability is poor;
3. Mechanical properties: polyester fiber modulus is high, high breaking strength;
4. Chemical stability: acid resistance and alkali resistance;
5. Melting point: about 265 °C
6. Density: 1.39g/cm3
1. Nylon fiber
Nylon is the trade name of polyamide fiber, currently there are two main types: nylon 6 and nylon 66; It has the following characteristics:
1. Hygroscopicity: under standard atmospheric pressure, the moisture regain rate is about 4.5%, and the hygroscopicity is good;
2. Dyeability: good;
3. Mechanical properties: nylon fiber has high strength, strong elongation ability and excellent elasticity, and good wear resistance;
4. Chemical stability: alkali resistance and acid resistance;
5. Melting point: about 220 °C
6. Density: 1.14g/cm3
